This ensures optimal distribution and infiltration across the whole infiltration area, where the wastewater is distributed evenly. This gives the infiltration system a long service life, unlike when using, for example, drainage pipes and drainage couplings, where the water is not distributed evenly across the whole infiltration area. This avoids costly blockages, which would require the infiltration system to be dug up again.
